  local seniors “Lanakila Meals on Wheels is a vital program of Lanakila 
 Pacific\, an organization committed to building independence for individua
 ls with disabilities and seniors in need. What started as a small lunch wa
 gon at ‘A’ala Park has grown into a lifeline for hundreds of seniors e
 ach year.” “Lanakila meals are fully cooked\, frozen\, and made from s
 cratch in-house by Lanakila Kitchen employees and volunteers. These incred
 ible team members are the heart and soul of the meals delivered to homebou
