The Complete Streets Program, along with its consultants, Fehr and Peers and SSFM International, is looking at solutions for a number of major corridors that are planned for repaving or reconstruction over the next two to four years. The project presents an opportunity to redesign Honolulu’s streets in a way that supports safe, comfortable travel for all users, whether they choose to travel by bus, car, bicycle, on foot, or other means. With this transformation, Honolulu can realize the economic, social, and environmental benefits of becoming a more safe, walkable, and vibrant city.

"The Companies We Keep" Volume 5

Updated 11/1/2017:  Due to unforseen circumstances, this speaker/topic has been postponed until a later date.  We will still have our weekly club meeting.

Bob Sigall's career has three major aspects to it:
1) Business consulting - I've been an entrepreneur since the 8th grade and now help others who are good at their product or service, but not as good at marketing and managing it.

2) Teaching at Hawaii Pacific University, graduate level marketing, which I've done for 15 years.

3) Writing and publishing. I write the weekly "Rearview Mirror" column in the "Honolulu Star Advertiser" each Friday. I've written three books in "The Companies We Keep" series. They detail amazing stories Hawaii’s best known people, places and companies.

All three books have spent time on the Hawaii bestseller list, and have been #1 bestsellers.

"Not This Again!" 18 Challenges Hawaii's Leaders Face and How to Rise above Them

Pam Chambers
Pam Chambers Consulting
545 Queen Street #234
Honolulu, Hawaii  96813
SpeakOut@pamchambers.com
808-294-2910
www.pamchambers.com

Pam Chambers is known as Hawaii's Presentation Coach. Since 1985, she has helped thousands of people become better communicators — whether they speak to one person, to small groups, or to large audiences.

Pam used to be "the shyest girl in the world," and avoided standing out in any way. But years later, she was propelled into the limelight when she accepted a position as sales manager for a seminar company in San Francisco. She then put herself through the challenging and rewarding process of becoming a public speaker. And now she teaches others to speak out.

Pam helps a wide array of clients — bodyguards, front-line retailers, entertainers, CPAs, attorneys, bankers, CEOs, and people from any industry you can name — even a shy ten-year-old boy.

Pam is the author of Speak for YourselfStand & Deliver, and Life is a Presentation. Her book, Public Speaking Made Easy, made the bestseller list in Hawaii. Her latest book, Not This Again! features 18 challenges Hawaii’s leaders face and how to rise above them.

Pam was named by Honolulu Magazine as one of Hawaii's 10 Most Admired Women. Her style is interactive, entertaining, and practical. She knows how to bring out the best in her audiences, and is praised for her "wise and cheerful lessons."
